摘要
从武汉市发生水华的富营养化池塘中分离出多株溶铜绿微囊藻的细菌,其中菌A3、A4混合培养后比单菌有更强的溶藻效果,在溶藻方式上菌A3、A4均为直接方式溶藻,而混合培养后其溶藻方式发生了改变,既可通过直接方式溶藻也可通过分泌某些物质溶藻。
Several bacteria strains was isolated from ponds in Wuhan, showed lytic effect on Microcystis. The culture mixed bacteria strain A3, A4 has strongly lytic-effect compared to the single bacteria strain. The way of algae-lysing of bacteria strain A3, A4 both lysed the algae for the direct way, but the way of mixed culture occured change, since it lysed the algae for the direct way, also secreting certain extracellure substances lysed the algae.
