一种筛选溶藻放线菌的新方法

A New Method of Isolation of Algicidal Actinomycete

利用放线菌的代谢产物特异性抑制或杀死微囊藻是一条治理水华的新思路。本文比较了几种常规的筛选模式——滤纸片法、琼脂块法,和改进的双层平板法、扣藻法、琼脂球法。结果表明双层平板法筛选溶藻放线菌简单易行,具有较高的准确性和灵敏度。利用此方法,从土壤中筛选出一株放线菌,能分泌对群体铜绿微囊藻有致死作用的物质。

It was a novel idea to control the growth of Microcystis with actinomycete. By comparing the conventional isolation methods of filter paper and agar piece with the improved ones of agar ball skill, double -layered plate, and inverted-algae-layered, the method of double-layered plate was utilized to isolate actinomycete from soil because of its simple process and high accuracy and sensitivity. The actinomycete isolated herein could excrete certain substance that could control the growth of colony Microcystis effectively.
