摘要
本文从经济学的角度来界定教育腐败,并着重分析教育腐败产生的原因。我国教育供求矛盾尖锐和教育投入不足是教育腐败产生的客观背景和现实原因;教育腐败的查处概率和私人成本过低是个体选择腐败的重要因素;公共权力运行失范,缺乏有效的监督和约束是导致教育腐败行为发生的关键,并在此基础上提出治理教育腐败的对策。
This article defines the educational corruption from the economical point of view.The conditions to form the corruption have also been analyzed.The objective background and realistic reasons for the educational corruption are the lack of investment and the sharp conflicts on the supply and demand relation in education.The main factors which lead to the corruption are the little cost for personal corruption and the low probability of being investigated.Some specific countermeasures have been proposed since the lack of standardization for the public power,control and effective supervision are the main reasons for the educational corruption,as the author points out.
