摘要
特殊教育的发展水平标志着一个国家经济和文化水平。本文通过分析台湾《特殊教育法》制定的背景和修订过程,从中认识到:让残疾人充分地适应社会的发展,必须提高对残疾人的认识、加强对残疾人事业的投入,完善特殊教育立法。
The development level of special education is an important symbol to measure the extent of one country or nation's civilization.This paper attempts to analyze the background and redaction of Taiwan's special education law,and expect to improve the cognition for disabled people and devotion for handicapped project and consummate the special education lawmaking for the development of disabled people.
