摘要
由于法律翻译的特殊性,译者在翻译法律法规过程中一般都处于"隐身"的地位,其主体性甚少有人提及。针对这一问题,本文将对译者在法律翻译中主观能动性的发挥进行探讨,认为译者的主体性问题是法律翻译实践和理论研究不可忽视的重要方面。
Translators are thought to be 'invisible' in legal translation.Due to the special characteristics,the translator's subjectivity is seldom studied in legal translation.This paper justifies the translator's subjectivity in the process of legal translation and maintains that the translator's subjectivity is important in both the practice and theoretical research of legal translation.
