摘要
商品房预售制度作为一种资金筹集方式自建立以来对我国房地业的发展确实起到了重要的作用,但存在诸多的不完善之处,也引发了不少社会问题。这主要是由于我国对商品房预售这一模式监管力度不够,没有完善的法规政策去引导和制约。本文将从对预售房登记制度、预售房资金管理、预售房的转让这三个层面来探讨我国的商品房预售监管体系的完善。
Presale played a very important role in the development of real estate in our country as a way of collecting capital but it also leads to many social problems.This is because Presale has not been supervised well and we have not complete law and policy to lead and to supervise it in our country.This article will discuss the supervision system in the presale of our country from presale registering system ?presale capital management and presale building cession.
