国际化学奥林匹克竞赛已经成为国际瞩目的化学资优青年学生一展聪明才智的最高竞技舞台。在我国,化学奥林匹克竞赛也日益受到重视,已逐渐成为衡量一个学校、一个教师工作成绩的重要指标。为了使高中化学竞赛培训工作更具针对性和系统性,本文从目标的定位、培训的模式、选手的选拔和培训内容的设计四个方面对高中化学竞赛培训进行了总体规划,力求为高中化学竞赛培训起到抛砖引玉、提纲挈领的作用。

International Olympic chemistry competition has become the highest and internationally concerned contest area, where the youg students who are good at chemistry could show their intelligence. And in China, the Olympic chemistry competition is becoming more and more important, which also gradually become a very key index to measure the achievement of a school or a teacher. This article makes a comprehensive plan for the location of the targets, the mode of training, the choice of contestants and the contents of training. The aim is to provide a reference for the training of chemistry competition in the senior school.
