摘要
商标国际注册马德里体系具有手续简单、费用较低、节省时间等优点,为更好地参与国际竞争,中国企业可以从增强对商标重要性的认识,树立商标的超前保护意识,加强商标管理这三个方面充分有效地利用该体系。
The Madrid System Concerning the International Registration of Marks has many advantages, such as simple procedures, lower fees and less time. In order to compete with others for world market, the Chinese enterprises may make full use of it in three ways——recognizing the full importance of trademark, building up defensive protection, reinforcing trademark management.
