Discussion on Zhang Kai-yuan's Educational Thought

当今社会,教育和教育改革愈来愈受到人们的关注,挖掘和研究优秀教育家的教育思想也成为教育界学者的一项重要任务。然而,作为当代一名著名的史学家和教育家,章开沅先生的教育思想却没有得到充分的发掘。试从章先生最重要的两大教育实践——人才培养、学校管理入手,并通过对章开沅教育思想内容的梳理,来探讨其教育思想的渊源和特点。

In the current society,people pay more and more attention on education and educational reform.Excavating and studying outstanding education thoughts of educationist become an important task of scholars in education circle.But as one famous historian and educationist,Mr.Zhang's education thoughts are overlooked to some extent.The thesis tries to start from Mr.Zhang's two major important educational activities——personnel training and the management of the school,through the arrangement of Zhang Kai,yuan's educational thought content,to discuss his education thoughts' originality and characteristics.
