摘要
从认识层面、制度层面、操作层面指出了目前我国廉租房制度建设中存在的问题,分析了问题产生的深层次原因,并从认识、制度、操作三个层面探索了适合我国国情的廉租房制度建设的对策和建议。
The paper points out that the current low-rent housing system building in question from awareness level,the institutional level,the operational level,and analyses deep,seated reasons of the problem.Then it explores how to set up the low-rent housing institution suitable for China's national conditions and offers some suggestions at three levels about knowledge,systems and operating.
