粮食主产区农村耕地流失问题探析——以冀中南两县区为例

The Study on the Issue of the Lossing Farmland in the Agricultural Areas——the Two Countries of South Central Hebei Province as the Case

耕地流失是当前我国面临的一大挑战,粮食产区耕地的大量流失使我国在粮食安全、社会发展方面存在许多不稳定因素,当前农民建房占地、乡镇企业发展占地、小城镇发展占地构成了产粮区农村耕地流失的主要原因,而农业方面提供的财政收入不断降低,粮食主产区基层地方政府陷入困境是耕地流失的深层次原因。化解发展与耕地流失的矛盾、制止耕地流失是我国当前一项刻不容缓的任务。

The loss of farmland is a big challenge to China,the loss of farmland of the agricultural areas causes many unstable factors of food security,social development.The main cause of this condition is the setting up of buildings of peasants,the development of rural companies and the development of towns.The deep-rooted reason is the decrease of the farming financial revenue which causes the dilemma of the grass-roots government.To solve the predicament of development and the loss of farmland,stopping the loss of farmland is an urgent task for China.
