黑胸散白蚁肠道共生甲烷菌的初步研究

Primary Studies on the Symbiotic Methanogens in the Gut of Wood-feeding Lower Termites Reticulitermes Chinensis

摘要 通过对黑胸散白蚁(Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder)肠道的显微观察发现在后肠肠壁上有很多甲烷菌。共生甲烷菌形态多为短杆状和长杆状,其中短杆状居多。同时,用非培养法,对黑胸散白蚁肠道共生甲烷菌的16SrR NA基因进行扩增并克隆,对代表不同RFLP谱型的五个克隆测序,系统发育分析表明,这些克隆均属于甲烷杆菌目。 Direct microscopic observation of the gut of Reticulitermes chinensis Snyder showed the presence of density methanogens on the hindgut wall.Short rods and long rods,especially short rods were the major morphology.16S rRNA genes of the methanogens were amplified and cloned.5 clones represented different RFLP patterns were sequenced.Phylogenetic analysis showed that all these clones were affiliated with Methanobacteriales.
