浅议我国人类口头与非物质文化遗产的保护开发

Study on Protection and Innovation of the Humanity Oral and the Non-Material Heritage

当前非物质遗产的生存面临着生存环境和传承问题,非物质遗产的保护面临着资金匮乏问题。要使非物质文化遗产成为活文化而不是民族记忆的背影、民族文化的活化石,单纯的保护不是非物质遗产发展的最佳途径,而需要合理的利用、适当的创新。本文对非物质文化的开发保护做了初步的探讨,提出了保护与开发我国非物质文化遗产的主要思路及对策。

Nowadays,the non-material culture heritage is facing many problems,such as the survival environment and the inheritance question,and the non-material inheritance protection is facing the fund deficiency question.If we want to the non-material cultural heritage become the live culture instead of the national memory or the national culture living fossil,the best way is the reasonable use or the suitable innovation.rather than the pure protection.This article has made the preliminary discussion on the non-material culture development protection,and put forward main countermeasures of protecting and developing the non-material cultural heritage in our country.
