摘要
广大农民工作为现代化建设者,为城市文明的进步做出了巨大的贡献,而他们的合法权益受保护的现状却不容乐观,这与和谐社会的构建是背道而驰的。本文通过对农民工权益保护失范的原因分析,提出了一些建设性的补正对策。
As the modernized constructor, the general farmers labor work has made tremendous contributions to the city civilization progress. But at present their legitimate rights and interests are not protected very well, which is contrary to the construction of harmonious society. Basing on the analyzing of the reasons why the agricultural laborers lose the protection of their rights and interests, the article also proposes some constructive supplements and correcting countermeasures.
