从美国的PDS学校来看我国的教师教育管理 被引量:1

From the View of American PDS School on Review of the Teachers' Education Administration in Our Country

摘要 教师是教育事业发展的关键因素,因此,教师教育的发展关系到整个国家教育的兴衰。目前,针对我国的教师教育的现状以及存在的一些问题,迫切需要进行教师教育管理改革。论文借鉴美国PDS学校的教师教育的经验,针对我国的教师教育管理的推进策略,提出相关的教师教育管理的一些合理的策略和建议。 Teachers are the key factor in developing education, so advance of teachers' education is related to the rise and decline of whole country's education. There are some problems existing in our teachers' education conditions. It is necessary to reform our teachers' education administration. From the review of experience of American PDS School education, the paper presents some advice on our country's tactics on teachers' education.
