摘要
要形成垂直磁化膜,必须要有足够强的垂直磁各向异性能,使得由于磁化而产生的退磁场能量不足以让磁化矢量位于膜面内。在垂直磁记录情形下,针对垂直磁各向异性常数Ku、磁化矢量M与外加磁场Hext成θ角的情况进行了理论分析。在满足磁化矢量与外加磁场方向之间的夹角稳定的平衡条件和稳定性条件的基础上,分析得知:只有满足磁各向异性常数Kn大2πM这一关系的物质才可能形成垂直磁化膜。
The condition of making a perpendicular magnetic thin film is that the anisotropy energy of perpendicular magnetic is so big that the energy of demagnetic field cannot play magnetism vector in plan. On condition that the angle between Hext and M is θ in perpendicular magnetic recording, the magnetic thin films were analyzed and discussed in the Ku ies. The theoretic analysis shows that a perpendicular magnetic thin film could be produced only on condition that the kμ thin films exceed 2πM , through the stable equilibrium condition and stability condition.
