The Investigation and Consideration on the Work of Popularizing the Law in Rural Area——Taking a Town in Ezhou City for Example

农村普法一直是普法工作的重点和难点,本文在对农村普法工作实地调研的基础上,生动分析了农村普法存在的资金缺乏、内容滞后、形式主义等问题,提出以农村党员、干部为依靠力量,认真研究农民对法律的需求,将普法融入政府执法工作中去等若干改进意见。

The popularization of the law in rural area has been the emphasis and difficulties in the program of popularizing the law in China.Based on a social investigation of this problem,the author analyzes some problems existing in the work of popularizing the law in rural area:lacking of money,no new form,externalism etc.And then,the author goes suggesting improving the work of popularizing the law in rural area: depending on the strength of communist party members;the law be chosen must be fit for the farmers;blending the popularization of the law into executing the law of our government.
