摘要
随着我国依法治国进程的不断加快和经济的不断发展,社区纠纷在数量和类型上呈现出新的特点。结合其现状构建多元化纠纷解决机制,并加以完善,已经成为构建社会主义和谐社会的一个难点和热点话题。
Along with the advancement of nomocracy and economic of our country speeding up unceasingly, the quantity and type of the community dispute present new characteristics, combining with this reality well to find the multiplex solution and perfecting it become the construction socialism harmonious society a difficulty and the hot spot topic.
