在高校面临破产危机的情况下,应当明确的是高校不宜破产,而学界提出的土地置换和发行国债解决办法缺乏法律和制度上的支持,也无法根本上解决高校破产危机,应当转换思路,在完善高等教育法治的前提下,从政府、银行和高校内部三方面着手解决。

We should define that high-school, which is under the bankruptcy, should not go bankrupt. Land displacing and national debt publishing, which was raised by the professors, could not solve these problems completely. We should change the way we think. After perfecting our law system of high-education, we should solve the crisis from the aspect of government、bank and high-school inside.
