文化是人类社会生活的基本组成部分,是人文与社会文明的基础;人文精神是文化的自觉,是文明发展的重要必然环节;文明是人类活动的积极的文化成果,是人文精神的集中体现。同时,这三者有具有历时性和共时性特征。在全球化的背景下,正确处理三者之间关系,一要坚持正确价值导向,加强文化、人文精神、文明发展的基础;二要充分利用全球化契机,增强文化、人文精神、文明的发展的动力。

Culture is an essential part of human society, and the basis of the humanities and social civilization; The humanistic spirit is the consciousness of culture, and the innate link of civilization; The civilization are the positive cultural achievements, is the concentrated expression of the humanistic spirit. The three has the character of co-time and lastedtimes.
