摘要
党的十七大报告提出"要加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设","必须注重实现基本公共服务均等化"。学术界围绕基本公共服务均等化的现状和问题、非均等的原因、均等化的思路和对策,形成了一系列研究成果。这些成果为我们进一步研究基本公共服务的均等化问题提供了不可多得借鉴材料。
It is proposed at the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party that we must pay great attention to the equalization of basic public services. The essay is a detailed review on the viewpoints of the domestic researchers on the situations and countermeasures in this field.
