通过分析二月罢工中的政治博弈,可以看出:北京政府将此事件转化为地方性事件的态度更多是踢皮球的无奈之举而绝非无条件附和日方;华界警察对维持秩序使用的强力行为背后涵载了"收回行政权"的民族主义的使命感;商会在罢工调停中起到的作用要重新认识;基于现实利益的影响,工人被工会动员的事实并不能掩盖双方之间的矛盾。最后,二月罢工并非取得了完全胜利,而是一次怒吼与妥协并存的工运事件。

By analyzing the political game in the February Strike, we can see: the Beijing government had no other way but transformed this incident into a local event, this didn't mean the government wanted to reach compromise with the Japanese side. The mightiness China border police betaked to maintain order contains 'recovery of executive power' in the sense of nationalism; Chamber of Commerce's role in the strike should be re-recognized; Basing on the real interests, the union workers had been mobilized and this could not hide the fact that there existed contradictions between the two sides. Finally, the February Strike had not achieved total victory, but it brought forceful roar as well as compromise.
