1990年以来张之洞研究述评

The Review of the Study on Zhang Zhidong from 1990s

自20世纪90年代以来,张之洞研究逐步走向繁荣。伴随着历史学研究理论的变革,学术界对张之洞的评价也在发生着变化。本文从"张之洞与‘中体西用’论"、"张之洞与中国近代化"、"张之洞与晚清政治"等三个方面,对近十多年来张之洞研究予以叙述和评论。以期这个领域研究的进一步深化。

The research on Zhang Zhidong has been more and more prosperous since 1990s. With the development of history reseach theory, the evaluation of Zhang Zhidong has changed as well. This paper is mainly a conclusion of recent 10 year’s acadamic study on Zhang Zhidong, which focuses on 3 aspects: 1. Zhang' s thought of persisting in Chinese traditional cultural essence, while importing science and technology overseas. 2. The role Zhang played in Chinese mordenization. 3. The relationship between Zhang and the political situation of late Qing Dynasty.
