执政时间越长,执政党越要警惕和清除自身的腐败,加强自身的党风廉政建设。这是人类政权更迭史的重要启示。从世界范围看,迄今为止的共产党政权,有谁成功跳出了毛泽东与黄炎培所谈的那种"掌权—腐败—垮台"的历史周期率?苏联东欧只是失败的前车之鉴。但是,作为毛泽东事业的继承者,当代中国共产党人应脚踏实地进行着不懈探索,建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系,走出一条中国特色社会主义的党风廉政建设之路。

Longer the time of governance is,more vigilant the government should be,as is an important inspiration from the human regime change history.From the prosperity of the world,till now,no one could avoid the historic periodic frequency 'from governing to corrupting,to falling',which was talked about by Chairman Mao and Huang Yan-pei.The former Soviet is a warning to us.However,as the successor of the Mao Ze-dong Cause,the present government members must make researches in a down-to-earth manner,to establish and improve the systems of education,institution and supervision to punish and prevent corruption,so as to take a road to build the government with Chinese characteristics.
