摘要
高学历残疾人一般具有不错的专业知识修养、敬业的精神,因为他们及其家庭在他们取得高学历的过程中付出了超乎寻常的艰辛努力,但是他们却往往是人力资源开发与管理中被忽视的成分。高学历残疾人就业的效率与质量的高低不仅关乎整个社会经济、政治和文化的发展,而且直接影响着残疾人高等教育事业的正常发展和和谐社会的构建,同时也与他们及其家庭切身利益紧密联系。企业作为用工主体有相应社会责任与社会义务在政府的指导下建立配套帮扶措施,善待高学历残疾人,积极吸纳他们就业。
The disabled with highly educated background are always ignored in the process of human resource development and management,although they have paid a lot to access to higher degree and better capacities.The efficiency and quality of employment of disabled people with high education not only affects the entire socioeconomic,political and cultural development,but also directly influences individual development and the building of the harmonious society,and their families' interests.Enterprises have social responsibilities and social obligations to establish helpful mechanism under the guidance of the government,and should take measures to treat the disabled kindly and absorb them as employees.
