摘要
本文由国产品牌手机的三个发展阶段出发,提出当前手机行业三分天下的格局。接着借助波特竞争力与SWOT两种模型的分析方法,揭示了国产手机行业发展所面临的竞争压力、优势与劣势、机遇与挑战。最后结合国产品牌手机的实际,提出了未来行业的战略发展思路。
The development of the domestic cellphone can be divided into three periods.Therefore,the current situation of trisection of Chinese mobile-phone market is explained in this paper according to the development periods.On the basis of Michael Porter's Five Forces model and SWOT model,the pressure of the domestic mobile telephone industry's strength,weakness,opportunity and threat are revealed in this paper.Finally,according to the current situation of the domestic mobile telephone,some development ideas are put forward.
