摘要
加纳地处西非,是一个多民族多种族的发展中国家。自独立以来,加纳的多元文化教育几经变革,初等教育、中等教育、大学教育和教师教育有了较大发展,呈现出重视多种语言的使用、课程设置多元化和本土化相结合、重视教师教育等特点。这些对我国的多元文化教育和民族教育有一定的启示意义。
Ghana is a deve loping country with multiethnic and races in west African.Since the independent of Ghana,primary and secondary education,university education as well as teacher education have got great achievements after multi-cultural education had undergone several reforms.While multi-cultural education in Ghana present some features as the use of multi-languages,the continuous changes of language polices,the combine multiculture with local-culture in term of program arrangements and the emphasis on teacher education and so on.These,to some extent,have some enlightenment to our multi-cultural education and minority education.
