本文以国家新公布的医改方案为出发点,就如何落实公立医疗机构独立法人地位加以分析。界定了独立法人的内涵,分析管办分离的必要性,阐释市场主体地位的重要性,并结合实践经验,就如何落实公立医疗机构独立法人给出几点建设性思考。

As the latest national medical reform program has been issued,the problem how to strengthen the status of independent corporate of the public medical institutions will be discussed.The author defined the meaning of the word independent-corporate,analyzed the necessity of the policy Government Regulation Separate from Management,and explained the importance of market as the main role.A few constructive thinking on how to implement its independent corporate status will be given in the end,combining with practical experience.
