摘要
随着中国经济与世界经济的一体化和东西方文化的融合,跨文化管理成为我国理论界和企业界必须面对的一个重要课题。本文通过分析中西管理思想存在各自的"文化悖论",阐述了中西管理思想各自的原创现代价值,说明中西管理思想的交流、移值和融合是一种必然的历史发展趋势。本文以企业战略为视角,分析中西管理思想现代融合的价值意蕴:即:西方管理文化主导着企业战略的制定,中国传统思想影响着企业战略的实施,而两者的现代融合决定了企业战略成败。
With the integration of chinese economy and global economy,Eastern culture and Western culture,crosscultural management has become an important subject which our theoretical circle and business circle have to face.Through analyzing the 'culture paradox'existing in the management thoughts of east and west,this article elaborated the original modern values of eastern and western management thoughts,and explained that the exchanging,transplanting and integration of castern and western management thoughts is the inevitable trend for historical development.from the perspective of Chinese enterprise strategy,this article analysed the value of modern integration of eastern and western management thought,namely the western management culture leads the making of enterprise strategy while the Chinese traditional management thought influences the implementation of enterprise strategy,and the modern integration of both is crucial to the result of enterprise strategy.
