《白雪公主后传》是美国作家唐纳德·巴塞尔姆1967年发表的一部长篇小说,后来被称为后现代主义小说的代表作之一。该小说将格林童话《白雪公主和七个小矮人》中完整的情节和和谐的人物关系解构得支离破碎,从而折射出现代社会人与人之间的疏远和距离。本文旨在通过分析《白雪公主后传》中的内心独白、戏仿和拼贴等叙事策略来揭示小说中的人性冷漠这一主题。

Snow White was a novel created by the American writer Donald Barthelme in 1967,and later was regarded as one of the representatives of postmodernist novels.It totally deconstructs the complete plots and harmonious relationships in Grimm's fairy tale Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,reflecting the estrangement and distance among people in the modern society.Thus,this paper aims at revealing the theme of the novel-the indifference of human nature through analyzing such narrative strategies as internal soliloquy,parody and collage.
