摘要
目前,我国中小企业(SME)是吸纳大学毕业生就业的主力军。但是,中小企业人才流失也日趋严重,如何加强中小企业入职培训以留住企业人才、降低人才流失率具有十分重要的意义。本文就面向大学毕业生的中小企业入职培训问题展开探讨,分析存在的问题,提出解决措施。
At present,SME is the main force to absorb university graduates.However,as brain drain of small and medium enterprises seriously increases,it is of great significance to improve induction training of small and medium enterprises to retain talent and reduce the rate of brain drain.This paper explores issues on the SME induction training for university graduates,analyzes its problems,and proposes solutions.
