摘要
职业康复是全面康复过程的有机组成部分,有利于开发残疾人潜能,提升残疾人就业能力,促进残疾人真正融入社会。然而特殊学校在开展残疾人职业康复的过程中,学校的康复理念、实施模式、课程体系、教师专业素质以及家校合作等方面都存在着一些不足,这些问题在一定程度上制约了残疾人职业康复良好效果的取得。本文旨在对上述不足之处进行分析,从而探讨特殊学校如何更加有效地开展残疾人职业康复的对策。
Vocational rehabilitation is an integral part of the overall rehabilitation process,which is conducive to persons with disabilities on prompting their potential,enhancing their employability and helping them integrating into society. However,there are still some problems when special schools implement vocational rehabilitation for persons with disabilities,such as the implementation model and teachers’ professional qualification,which restrict the effectiveness of vocational rehabilitation. This article aims to analyze these issues and to explore how to availably conduct vocational rehabilitation in special schools of China.
