The contradiction between cost leadership and differentiation has a profound impact on the theoretical study and practice of competitive strategy. This paper analyses the theoretical assumptions of the two different theories on the basis of literature review,and puts forward the management tactics of the integrated competitive strategy as well as some specific approaches. The Purpose of this study is to supplement the theory of the competitive strategy and to provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to implement the integrated competitive strategy.
