摘要
在系统解析城乡一体化内涵的基础上,根据湖北省城乡经济、社会发展特点,从规划建设、经济发展、社会服务、生活环境一体化4个方面,选取31个具体指标,构建了湖北省城乡一体化综合评价体系;运用SPSS的Factor过程,对湖北省12个省辖市的城乡一体化水平进行了评估。研究结果表明:湖北省不仅是一个城乡差别很大的省份,而且还是地区差别很大的省份,并且农村的差距远远高于城镇地区。推进湖北省城乡一体化首先应立足于逐步缩小城乡差距,协调区域发展。
By analyzing the connotation of urban-rural integration,the paper chooses 31 indicators to build the eval-uation system of urban-rural integration according to four aspects:planning and construction,economic development,social services and living environment. Then,the paper evaluates 12 cities in Hubei province by using SPSS. The conclusion is as following:Hubei province is not only a province which has a great gap between urban and rural areas,but also has some significant regional differences. In the future,Hubei Province should gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and harmonize regional development.
