In China,the jurists' petition has long historical and cultural traditions.With the development of China' legal system,jurists' petition becomes more and more common in contemporary society.Jurists hope to express their professional opinion through positive actions,and attempt to promote the implementation of legal system.From the perspective of jurisprudence,we can see that the petition has close relationship and great significance on China's legal system because of jurists' special social and legal status.Appropriate use of petition can enhance the confidence of ordinary people in law,establish the supremacy of law and dignity,and improve the construction of our rule of law.
