一年级硕士研究生学习满意度调查分析——以H大学为个案

Investigation and Analysis on Learning Satisfaction of First-grade Postgraduate

文章以H大学为个案,运用问卷调查法,从"学习本身及专业发展"、"学习激励制度"、"导师评价"、"学校软件、硬件学习环境"、"学校服务管理"及"满意度总评"六方面调查了一年级硕士研究生的学习满意度。通过SPSS16.0软件对调查结果分析发现:一年级硕士研究生的学习生活整体满意度较低,尤其对学习激励制度和学校硬件学习环境满意度低。同时,研一学生对专业学习有很大的兴趣和热情,因此要对研一学生因势利导,做好研究生生活的过渡工作,为研究生以后的学习科研生活打好基础。

The article takes the H university as the case,using questionnaire survey method,to investigate the firstgrade postgraduates from six aspects,including 'learning and professional development','study of incentive system','teacher appraised','software,hardware learning environment','the school service management' and 'overall appraisal on degree of satisfaction'.Through the analysis of investigation results from SPSS16.0 software,it can be found that overall learning and life satisfaction of the first-grade postgraduate are low,and they are especially dissatisfactory for the incentive study system,software and hardware learning environment.In addition,first-grade postgraduates have great interest and enthusiasm on academic study.Therefore,the first-grade postgraduate should be well instructed and well transited to the new style of life to build a good foundation for postgraduates on their later scientific research life.
