摘要
师生关系是教师和学生主要通过具体的教学所形成的寓于教学结构中的社会关系、人际关系。从布劳的社会交换理论视角分析师生关系,则师生之间存在以信任为基础的交换关系,当师生进行社会交换的过程中出现矛盾不一致的状况就会导致权力的分化,这主要表现为教师的权威和学生的权力。这两种权力的整合有利于师生关系向着平稳的方向发展,有利于构筑民主、平等的师生关系。
Teacher-student relationship is social relationship or interpersonal relationship which exists in teaching structure and is formed through teaching act. From the perspective of Blau’s social exchange theory, exchange relationship which is based on trust exists between teachers and students. If contradictory situation came out in the process of teachers and students’ social relationship, the power, including teachers’ authority and students’ rights will be polarized. The integration of these two powers not only helps the teacher-student relationship become more stable, but also helps to build a democratic and egalitarian teacher-student relationship.
