随着电子商务的不断发展,基于互联网服务的网络银行逐渐兴起并形成规模。蓬勃发展的网络银行既提升了银行业的竞争优势,但与此同时又面临着如操作风险、法律风险等挑战,其风险问题也日益突出。因此,对网络银行发展进程中可能产生的风险进行研究和管理是确保其健康稳定发展的关键。

With the development of e-commerce,the Internet-based network banks have expanded gradually.The booming rise of network bank not only enhances the competitive advantage of banking,however,at the same time,brings the risk which turns out to be the primary problem network banks facing,such as operational risk,legal risk and so on.Study and management of these potential risks,it seems,is critical to network bank's healthy and stable development.
