摘要
随着城市化进程的加快和经济的迅速发展,农村房屋拆迁及土地征用面和量也随之增加。然而由此引起的冲突和矛盾也不断增多,农民财产权益保护问题成为社会的"热点"。本文从L村的拆迁征地及导致的问题入手,进而探讨当前整个农村地区存在的普遍问题,之后为合理解决农村房屋拆迁和土地征用问题提供一些对策,以期对解决实际问题有些启示。
With the rapid development of urbanization and economy,a larger scale activity of house removal and land expropriation is held in the rural areas.However,the problems and conflicts caused by this activity are also increasing and can not be neglected.Thus more and more attention is focused on the protection of land property rights.This article tries to explain the pervasive problem existing in the rural areas by a case study of Village Liu.Besides,it also provides us with some advice,which may give inspiration for solutions to the mentioned problems.
