产业转移格局中不同地区的产业承接能力分析

Analysis of the Industrial Capacity to Undertake Industrial Transformation in Different Areas

该文侧重研究区际产业转移视域中的产业转移承接力评价方法,并针对全国东、中、西三大地区进行实证分析。文章聚焦地区产业转移承接力的评价问题,提出了具有一定创新性的产业转移承接力评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法分析指标权重,进而得出全国各省份产业转移承接力的综合评价结果。实证结果显示,各省份应结合实际,科学合理地承接产业转移,并在全国范围内继续积极稳妥地推行"西部大开发"及"中部崛起"战略,实现可持续的产业均衡发展。

In recent years, with the acceleration of globalization and rising labor costs, industrial transformation is accelerating both at home and broad, to seek the best production and management place to reduce production cost and grasp the commanding point. The fact that industries in the coastal areas of eastern China are quickening their paces to the central and western regions can not only quicken its new industrialization and urbanization, promot coordinated regional development, but also drive the up-grading the economic transition and thus optimize industry distribution and pattern. The analysis in this article focuses on the capacity of undertaking the transformation, trying to find indicators in the way of principal component-analysis to measure the capacity of the industries in Eastern, Central and Western China.
