当前,农村小产权房的发展有着愈演愈烈的趋势。根据我国现行法律,农村小产权房具有不适法性,因此在现行法的框架内,小产权房开发诱发了诸多问题。在探讨该问题的解决路径时应厘清其内涵,分析其产生的特殊原因,直面其风险,在法治的轨道提出解决方法。

Nowadays,the development of houses with limited property rights in rural area has been intensified.In accordance with the existing laws in our country,these houses are lawless,and therefore,the development of them causes many problems within the framework of the current law.In investigation of the solution to this problem,it's necessary to clarify the connotations,analyze its special reasons,confront its risks,and propose solutions in the orbit of law.
