摘要
关于政府在劳资关系中的角色问题,国内外专家都做过深入的研究。基于我国劳动力市场不完善、"资强劳弱"的劳资格局、雇主组织发育缓慢、工会主体和功能缺失等原因,我国政府在劳资关系中应发挥主导作用。但是从目前来看,我国政府在协调劳资关系方面并没有发挥应有的作用,存在着职能缺位、监管不力、"偏心"和腐败等问题。政府在劳资关系中发挥主导作用及构建和谐劳资关系,必须从解决这些问题着手。
About the government role in labor relations,experts at home and abroad have maken lots of deeply researches.Due to China's labor market imperfections,endowment strong law weak labor relations pattern,the slow development of employers' organizations,lack in union body and function,and other reasons,our government should play a leading role in labor relations.But for now,our government has not played its due role in coordinating the labor relations;there exist function absence,lack of regulation,'eccentric' and corruption,and other problems.In order to ensure government playing a leading role in labor relations,and building a harmonious labor relation,we must solve these problems from the start.
