摘要
用DSC、XRD、DMA研究了采用新型高活性催化剂合成的乙烯-丁烯共聚物的结晶性能结果显示:随着共聚物中丁烯含量的增加,其结晶熔融温度、结晶度降低,微晶尺寸变小,聚丁烯链段主要出现在乙-丁共聚物的非晶区域.因此,新型乙-丁共聚弹性体具有非交联型热塑性弹性体的特征,其应力-应变表现为初始模量低、应力小、形变大的特点.
The crystallinity of ethylene-butene copolymers prepared by copolymerization of ethyler and butene with a new highly active oathest, was studied by DSC, XRD and DMA. The resul showed that the melting temperature, degree of crystallinity and crystallite size decrease with increasir the content of butene in copolymers. The poly (butene) segments are mainly in the amorphous regic of the copolymers. The stress-strain behaviors of the ethylene-butene copolylners indicate that they hav the characteristics of non-cross thermoplastic elastomer, Which has low modulus, low stress and hisg strain.
