复合抗球虫药物对鸡球虫抗药虫株的效果

The Efficacy of Multiple Anticoccidial Drugs on A Resistance-drug Strain of Eimeria tenella

柔嫩艾美耳球虫 Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａ ｔｅｎｌｌａ江村虫株是一个强抗药性虫株．对常山酮（Ｈａｌｏｆｕｇｉ－ ｎｏｎｅ，ｗ＝ ３ × １０－6），球痢灵（Ｚｏａｌｅｎｅ， ｗ＝ １２５ × １０－６），尼卡巴嗪（Ｎｉｃａｒｂａｚｉｎ， ｗ＝ １２５ ± １０－６），马杜拉霉素（Ｍａｄｕｒａｍａｓｉｎ， ｗ＝５ ± １０-6）和拉沙霉素（Ｌａｓａｌｏｓｉｄｕｍ， ｗ＝ １２５ × １０－６ 等有严重抗药性．本实验测定了一些复合抗球虫药物对该虫株的抗球虫效果，结果表明：复 合药物ＰＦ５对江村虫株有良好的抗球虫效力，其POAA值为７８．１６％，RLS值为７１．６４％，ＲＯＰ 值为８．５６％，ＡＣＩ值为１７４．５％．

Jiangcun strain of Eimeria tenella isolated fain the suburb of Guangahou in china was strong resistance to almost all anticoccidial agents except for nicarbazin. The effect of combination of some anticoccidial drugs to this strain was tested in the experiment. The results indicated that a multi pie agent, designated as PF5, shown high effective against the organism in chickens determined by several index: POAA (78.16%), RLS (71.64%). ROP (8.56%) and ACI (174.5).
