摘要
柔嫩艾美耳球虫 Eimeria tenlla江村虫株是一个强抗药性虫株.对常山酮(Halofugi- none,w= 3 × 10-6),球痢灵(Zoalene, w= 125 × 10-6),尼卡巴嗪(Nicarbazin, w= 125 ± 10-6),马杜拉霉素(Maduramasin, w=5 ± 10-6)和拉沙霉素(Lasalosidum, w= 125 × 10-6 等有严重抗药性.本实验测定了一些复合抗球虫药物对该虫株的抗球虫效果,结果表明:复 合药物PF5对江村虫株有良好的抗球虫效力,其POAA值为78.16%,RLS值为71.64%,ROP 值为8.56%,ACI值为174.5%.
Jiangcun strain of Eimeria tenella isolated fain the suburb of Guangahou in china was strong resistance to almost all anticoccidial agents except for nicarbazin. The effect of combination of some anticoccidial drugs to this strain was tested in the experiment. The results indicated that a multi pie agent, designated as PF5, shown high effective against the organism in chickens determined by several index: POAA (78.16%), RLS (71.64%). ROP (8.56%) and ACI (174.5).
