摘要
荔枝叶瘿蚊是广泛分布于我国及东南亚荔枝主产区的新害虫,危害十分严重.对荔枝叶瘿蚊在不同荔枝品种上的自然种群动态、叶片解剖结构特征、叶片中几丁质酶活性进行 比较研究,结果表明:叶瘿蚊田间种群在三月红上的密度为0,该品种对叶瘿蚊有强的抗性;单位面积表皮细胞的数目多少是其抗虫机制之一;荔枝叶片中几丁质酶活性的变化及与叶瘿蚊密度变化呈正相关,随着叶瘿蚊危害的加重,几了质酶的活性加强,表现为应激反应.
Litchi gall midge, Dadineura sp. , has been an important pest in China as well as in South east Asia. The population density, anatomical characteristics of leaf stmcture and the chitinase activity were studied. It was shown that Shan Yuehong, one of the Litchi cultivars, had high resistance to gall midge. The number of epicuticuls cell was one of the resistance mechanisms of Shan Yuhong. It was found that insect stress could induce plant’s chitinase activity, plant stress reaction level was related to the gall midge density, and the stress reaction fluctuated with the population density.
