提高黄皮种子贮藏活力的技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 黄皮种子种粒大小及活力与果实的大小有关手工剥种并及时进行处理可防止种子贮藏霉烂. 20 ℃比15℃、保鲜袋保湿比饱和盐保湿、采后含水量比部分脱水更适于保存种子活力.重新吸胀处理能提高失水种子的含水量、活力以及耐贮藏力. The size and viability of wampee seed were closely related to the size of its fruit. Storage rot could be prevented when seeds were stripped by hand and binely carried prestorage beatment. Seed viability would be improved when stored at 20 ℃ rather than 15 ℃, in polythene hop rather than in condition of various saturated salts to keep humidity, and with moisture contents of primary postharvest rather than the lower ones after partial desiccation. Rehydration treatment could could remarkably increasethe moisture content and vibility and storage viability of desiccated wampee seeds.
