摘要
面对风云变幻的IT世界,大学软件实战训练不仅仅考虑职业教育和技能培养,也注重在团队中快速学习和自我控制能力的教育。描述了中山大学软件学院在高年级学生实训中引入学习型组织的应用研究:建模、实现与评估。文章提出学习型组织与团队软件过程都是建立高效团队的重要工具;用实战统计数据反映了学习型组织建设对学生心智模式的影响。
For the IT's world changing rapidly,practical software training in uni.ersity focus not only on skill,but also on rapidly learning and self-control in organization.To train ad.anced industry specialist,this paper describes a practical training program based on organizational learning:modeling,realization and e.aluation,which has been de.eloped for senior students at the Software School SUN YAT-SEN Uni.ersity.The research indicates that organizational learning is the same powerful tool as software team process to build an effecti.e team.The statistics shows that building the learning organization impacts the mental models of students and gi.es the power and creati.ity to software team.
