摘要
本文利用高效液相色谱法及原子分光光度计系列地测定了对照组、缺血及再灌流期大鼠脑内各种单胺类神经递质及其前体及主要代谢产物的含量、脑与线粒体中钙含量,并观察了钙拮抗剂尼莫地平的治疗作用。发现单胺类神经递质和钙的代谢紊乱参与了缺血再灌流的全过程。钙可影响单胺类神经递质的合成与释放,而单胺类神经递质还有其自身的变化规律。
Experiments were performed on rats.The content of monoamide neurotransmitters and their main metabolic products in the brain,and the content of calcium in the brain and mitochondria were determined with HPLC and atomic spectrophotometer during the ischemia and reperfusion,and in the control group,the therapy effects of nimodipine a calcium antagonist,were also observed.It was found that the metabolic disturbances of calcium and monoamlde neurotransmitters participated in the whole process of ischemia and recirculation.So it is believed that calcium may influence the synthesis and release of monoamide neurotransmitters.However the neurotransmitters may have their own way to change.
