小菜蛾作供试虫生物测定苏云金杆菌制剂毒效的研究 被引量:8

摘要 作者多年来试用过数种昆虫,最后证实小菜蛾对国内当前大量生产的苏云金杆菌几个血清型菌株均具有一定的敏感性,制定了用芥蓝菜子叶人工大量饲养的条件和方法,三年来室内饲养45代,各项生物学特征稳定,无退化现象,饲养和感染方法简便、经济、易行,因此,小菜蛾是测定我国苏云金杆菌制剂质量的理想昆虫,建议试用后推广。 The sensitivity of Plutella maculipenniss to 3 serotype strains, var. kursu taki, var. thuringiensis, and var. galleriae of Bacillts thuringiensis was reported in this paper. At 27 ± 1 ℃, 65-80%RH, P. maculipennis could be reared indoor in large number with leaves of Brassica alboglabra.After many generations feeding, the biological character of it were steady.The generaitve period of it was short.The bast instar of it for assay was the 3th. At 6-7℃, the pupas could be stored for 10 days, the egg over one day. The feeding method was simple, convenient and economical. P .maculipennis could do the test insect for bioassay of measuring the quality of the preparations from 3 serotype strains of B.thuringiensis. Namely, it was a perfect test insect.
