摘要
用亚洲玉米螟测定苏云金杆菌毒力效价。供试虫以玉米螟2龄幼虫为佳,采用候选苏云金杆菌制剂混入半人工混合饲料中接虫感染的方法,结果准确,操作简使,完成一次测定需时3天,标准差为15.49％。
This paper reports the results of studies on the evaluation of Bt toxic effect with Ostrinia furnacalis. The 2nd instar larvae would be the best stage to be tested when the Bt preparations mixed into the artificial medium, the results would be more accuracy. The method was simple and can be done easily.Only 3 days period was needed in once test.
